It’s not magical, as BlackBadge Creators are hard at work behind the scenes. Real individuals, producing amazing work just for you. If you put in thirty requests today, it doesn’t mean they’ll all be done tomorrow. Still, unlimited really means that — unlimited.

You are free to submit as many content requests as you like, but please be aware that your BlackBadge Creator will only work on one request at a time based on your self-determined priority to guarantee the highest level of attention and quality of work. And don’t worry if we don’t get it right the first time (maybe you just didn’t like the way the colors turned out). Content revisions are unlimited, too. Your satisfaction is 100% assured.

Go for it! We mean it. If you have someone passionate about design and content creation, and they provide the quality that you need to run a successful insurance agency, then credit to you. Those are hard to find at a low rate (it is about saving money, right?).

For those that don’t have a 15-year-old creative Wizkid, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (head over to Indeed and look for yourself).

Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize. How much annual premium are you going to have to hit to just keep a person sitting at a desk?

With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your membership as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying for creative work when you want it. That’s nice!

Once your membership is approved and active, you can add as many content requests as you wish to your queue, and they will be delivered one at a time.

Again, just because you put twenty content requests in today, it doesn’t mean they’ll all be done tomorrow. You can put in as many requests as you want but your BlackBadge Creator will work on one request at a time based on your self-selected priority in order to ensure the utmost attention and quality of work. The majority of requests are usually fulfilled in two days or less on average. Complex requests, however, might take longer. We do however suggest you do not use our services for time-sensitive projects.

Warning: Your emergency is not our emergency. Please make sure to give our Creatives enough time to provide you with quality content. Also, we live by the no a$$hole rule, which also goes for our BlackBadge members.

Canva is an online design and publishing tool with a mission to empower everyone in the world to design anything and publish it anywhere. And we love them for it!

We use Canva because, once the design is complete, you or someone on your team can go back in and change anything you want-forever! There is no need for us to go back in and do it for you unless you want us to, of course. You would just add the task back to your content creation list.

We can also redesign, adjust, recolor, resize, or whatever to any of the 400,000+ templates they already have created.

We recommend you have the Pro account, which is available for $12.99 a month, but if you go with the BlackBadge quarterly or yearly plan within a week of our Intro Chat, we can cover the cost of it-a $119.99 savings.

In some cases, we can create content outside Canva for an additional charge. Contact us to let us know what you need. No promises, but we’ll listen.

In the interest of productivity and commitment to quality, we do NOT support the following types of requests:

• • Content writing or manual typing (typing text from images, coming up with titles for ads, doing research for copy, etc.)
  • Changing any carrier’s or competitor’s brochure, graphic, flyer, logo etc.
  • Info we know is against state regulations (false advertising, promises, or guarantees)
  • Fillable or interactive PDF documents
  • Complex photo manipulation
  • 3D projects
  • Using trademarked names, brands, or quotes
  • Podcast graphics
  • Extremely complex or fine art illustrations
  • File formats outside of our supported file types that Canva has provided in its download section

Inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically, or racially offensive, or anything that we believe to be against state insurance regulations. BlackBadge has the right to say no to any content creation request and suspend indefinitely any membership.

Thanks to Trello, you get a lot of flexibility when making content requests. Some common ways clients request content are direct via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out).

We will provide you with a short document of what we would like to see once your membership is active. Anything that can be shared or linked to on Trello is OK.

Mainly, we ask for your input across three simple areas:

• Describe the design you need.
• Select your brand profile if one has been established.
• Attach any assets, images, and copy needed

All this is done through Trello. Using one of the Trello boards, we will build a brand profile with brand files such as logos, colors, fonts, and images. This will ensure your designer(s) stay on-brand over and over.

You can create up to 10 brand profiles, agents, or agencies, so requesting designs for multiple brands is even easier!

Currently, each active membership can have up to 10 Brand Profiles, agents, or agencies, within one subscription. Inside Trello, there will be a list to set up to add brand profiles, agents/individuals, and agencies. Once again, keep in mind that that someone on your team will have to prioritize the tasks/requests. Even though you can have multiple people on one membership, the tasks still get completed one at a time, based on your prioritization.

This is an effective way to expand your subscription without having to juggle multiple accounts. You can all have your own Trello login info or can just update the cards as needed to reflect each account. We are happy to discuss this during our Intro Chat. It’s easy once you get started.

We hate when things don’t go as planned. But no worries! Every plan comes with unlimited revisions. You just add comments in Trello board as to what isn’t working for you, and the Creator will revise it until you are 100% satisfied with the outcome. It’s that simple!

For monthly memberships, due to the high-quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued. We also do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrades, or unused time. In order to treat everyone equally, we will not make exceptions.

 

BlackBadge does have a 14-day Customer Satisfaction period which ONLY applies to quarterly and annual subscriptions. Under this policy, the purchase of a BlackBadge quarterly or annual subscription/membership is eligible for a full refund if requested on or before 14 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse the refund.

You do need a Canva account for us to create your content. We currently only use Canva. Once we have your membership information, we can setup the account for you if you’d like at no extra cost.

Does it have to be the paid account of $12.99 (July 2022)?

We highly recommend that you use the paid account due to it providing us with more creative tools to use. If we create something great for you using a Canva Pro account and you have the free membership account, you will be asked to upgrade to use the feature.

If you sign up for the quarterly or annual membership, we will cover that first-year cost of the Canva platform. That is how much we believe in and love Canva.
